Hi! I'm DarRa SargEnt, The artist behind Dear Darling and I'm so glad you're here! I have been creating art for my entire life, but professionally for over a decade. i started my professional career as a wedding calligrapher and stationer until covid came and paused the event industry. That gave me an opportunity to focus on my personal work again and for the last 6 years i have been creating art for products, licensing and beyond! i also specialize in branding for small businesses who want to stand out!
personally i am a music fanatic, a documentary lover, a proud Baltimorean and a junk food connoisseur. i am a mom to two awesome little dudes and i'm grateful that my career has given me the flexibility to work from home with them!

NOSTALGIA
For as long as i can remember i've been obsessed with vintage design. it all started spending Sundays listening to my dad's records from the 70s. i would spend hours looking at the album covers. feeling nostalgic for those days is my fave and i hope my work brings some nostalgia! i love bringing those nostalgic vibes to the modern world.
