Hi! I'm DarRa SargEnt, The artist behind Dear Darling and I'm so glad you're here! I have been creating art for my entire life, but professionally for over a decade. around 10 years ago, I started doing wedding stationery and I had such an amazing time with it. When covid hit, i had to totally change lanes. i had dedicated so much time to weddings, that i had left my personal work on the wayside. it was a blessing and a curse. i had to come up with a totally new biz plan, but i got to fall back in love with making art just for the sake of making art again. These last Three years i have been creating art from my soul and have focused more on art licensing, commissions for other small creative businesses and branding design.

For as long as i can remember i've been obsessed with vintage design. it all started spending Sundays listening to my dads records from the 70s. i would spend hours looking at the album covers. i love bringing those nostalgic vibes to the modern world.
